Upon receiving your Bamboo we strongly recommend that you pot them as soon as possible.

Carefully remove the packaging, taking care to make sure that there are no air pockets left around the root ball when potting up.

Give the pot a few taps while watering in, to let the plant recover. Place in full shade for several days.
